Office Cleaning

May 31st, 2013

We were very happy to start the office cleaning of Carlin motors last year, firstly because it was a new edition to our customers but more was my fascination with cars. I don’t think I’m alone here as everyone who works there shares the same passion. As you will see from the photo of the factory floor, everything must be kept spotless which is why I’m happy to say they still use our services.

CCS started this prestigious site in Woking last Month, we were contracted to clean all exterior windows on this new development. As you can see we had a few floors to reach, well done Neil you made it look easy.
This is only the first phase of the site, and has proved to be quite a technical clean. We have a team of abseilers cleaning windows down from the top, plus boom lifts and pole systems. All went well and the customer was pleased, looking forward to our next visit.

Cladding cleaning is a job we get asked to do allot, this can either be done from boom or scissor lifts, or in the case it can cleaned using our Reach and Wash system.
We were able to use this here as the cladding was new and we only had to remove builders dust and dirt, leaving the cladding brand new and ready for the new Tenants.

High Level Warehouse Cleaning @ DHL

January 16th, 2011

High Level Cleaning is one of our specialist areas of cleaning.  We use various types of access equipment e.g. Scissor lifts, Cherry Pickers e.t.c. and these come from a service partner of ours called Facelift.  The works shown in the pictures below are from our latest contract, to clean a large DHL distribution warehouse in Hertfordshire.  The Scope of works requested, that all the panels, pipe work and any horizontal or vertical areas were to be cleaned of the build up of years of Diesel dust.  All our equipment was run off 110volt power and all risk and method statements were fully understood by our staff on their safety induction.

Edit

Fergus has taken his IPAF training!!

September 28th, 2010

Fergus completed his IPAF training this week and is now qualified to work at height with Scissor Lifts and Power Booms, this is a requirement on all sites where this equipment is used.  Fergus and Tony also passed their CSCS safety qualification also a requirement for working on any construction site.

We used both of these on our recent builders clean for Decathlon, for a new store in Reading.
