High Level Cleaning is one of our specialist areas of cleaning. We use various types of access equipment e.g. Scissor lifts, Cherry Pickers e.t.c. and these come from a service partner of ours called Facelift. The works shown in the pictures below are from our latest contract, to clean a large DHL distribution warehouse in Hertfordshire. The Scope of works requested, that all the panels, pipe work and any horizontal or vertical areas were to be cleaned of the build up of years of Diesel dust. All our equipment was run off 110volt power and all risk and method statements were fully understood by our staff on their safety induction.

Fergus has taken his IPAF training!!

Fergus completed his IPAF training this week and is now qualified to work at height with Scissor Lifts and Power Booms, this is a requirement on all sites where this equipment is used. Fergus and Tony also passed their CSCS safety qualification also a requirement for working on any construction site.

We used both of these on our recent builders clean for Decathlon, for a new store in Reading.

Fogging and Disinfecting Services

We have now purchased 2 foggers a dry and a wet. We have secured various contracts to care homes who recognise the importance of prevention and eradication of potentially harmful bacteria to vulnerable and sometimes sick people. For the foggers we use a product called Chemspec 429+ we place identification strips on all four walls, this enables us to see if the droplets has penetrated to all sides of the room, we then turn the fogger on and leave for approx 15 mins, we then wait for the room to clear and check our ID strips, if these have changed colour we know the job has been completed and the room has been fully sanitised

Needle Sweep. Flea Infestation & Waste Removal

We have recently sent some of our colleagues on a Crime Scene Cleaning Course. This has proved very informative and has led to work almost immediately. This week we were called to 2 flea infestations 1 needle sweep and a house clearance of a drug den. We have had Hepatitis B jabs and have purchased all the appropriate PPE required to complete the job as safely as possible, this includes a pair of Hexarmour Gloves (£285.00) expensive, however with needles you can never be too sure.

We also trained in Police cell/car cleaning, suicides and restoration after body decompositions, this would include removing the carpet where the body is and possibly the floor underneath as body fluids can permeate right through the carpet and into the floor.

Our Second Builders Clean Wentworth

We are now 1 week into our second property in wentworth another builders clean, which is considerable, although the builder has kept the site very clean which makes a nice change to work in such a clean environment, we will be there until May 30th which is the final day.

Builders Clean Wentworth Golf Course

We have now completed one of our large projects in Wentworth Surrey, its a builders clean for a 7 bedroom property on Wentworth Golf Course, we have been there for a further 5 weeks domestic cleaning and keeping the areas dust free so they can dress the house.

Window Cleaning Royal Shakespere Theatre

We are just about to start a project at The Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Recently the Theatre has undergone a refurbishment and the windows have been replaced, we secured this contract and will commence on the 23rd June. It will involve allot of high work so Cherry Pickers and Scaffolding will be constantly in use. We estimate the work will take place over the next 2 weeks.
